About the Role

We are actively seeking high-performing, ambitious, and innovative sales professionals currently working in commercial banks and Other Financial Institutions (OFIs) who are ready for their next big challenge.

This is not an ordinary sales role. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in credit origination, treasury sales, or relationship management who want to move from traditional banking into the more agile and impactful world of a fast-growing Finance House

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Treasury Sales team to achieve liability and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute treasury sales strategies for business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance support.
  • Drive deposit mobilization and investment product sales.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify market opportunities and support product development initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with banks and counterparties for lines of credit and funding facilities.
  • Ensure robust credit risk assessment and mitigation throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements (CBN, etc.) and internal policies.
  • Identify and flag irregularities, maintain high attention to detail in all documentation and processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and digital process improvements.
  • Contribute to strategy execution, performance tracking via KPIs, and continuous process enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years relevant experience in treasury sales or relationship management.
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong liability generation and portfolio management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and business development capabilities.
