About the Role

We are actively seeking high-performing, ambitious, and innovative sales professionals currently working in commercial banks and Other Financial Institutions (OFIs) who are ready for their next big challenge.

This is not an ordinary sales role. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in credit origination, structured lending, treasury sales, or relationship management who want to move from traditional banking into the more agile and impactful world of a fast-growing Finance House.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs in the preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecast.
  • Manage fixed asset schedules (depreciation, additions & disposals).
  • Maintain accruals, prepayments and other financial schedules.
  • Post recurrent journals for prepayments and accruals.
  • Perform periodic bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, payroll analysis and manage staff loans.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory payments and taxes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Attend to internal and statutory audit requests.
  • Conduct periodic GL reviews for accuracy and make necessary corrections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
  • Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
