About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to design exceptional user experiences for our Business Banking and Loan products in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design intuitive, accessible and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms
•Own the end-to-end design process for Business Banking and Loan products
•Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes for new and existing features
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business ideas into user-friendly designs
•Conduct user research, surveys and competitive UI analysis
•Maintain and improve the product design system
•Ensure all designs comply with CBN guidelines and NDPR data privacy requirements

Requirements

•HND/BSc in any relevant course
•3–5 years experience as a Product / UI/UX Designer (Fintech experience is a strong advantage)
•Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
•Proficiency in Figma, Miro and other design tools
•Familiarity with AI tools for wireframing and rapid prototyping
•Excellent design storytelling, user research, and problem-solving skills
•Ensure all designs comply with CBN guidelines and NDPR data privacy requirements
