About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control Officer to support the organization in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, risk management, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine internal control reviews and compliance checks.
•Monitor operational processes to identify control gaps and irregularities.
•Support risk assessment and mitigation processes.
•Review transactions and operational activities for compliance with policies.
•Prepare internal control reports and recommendations.
•Assist in investigating operational issues and policy breaches.
•Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
•Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in internal control, audit, compliance, or risk management.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•High attention to detail and integrity.
•Good knowledge of internal control processes and regulatory requirements.
•Professional certifications are an added advantage.
